Wrapping Up the 2025 Show Season at Bruce's Field's Fall in Love with Aiken Show Series

November 25, 2025 - DFG Stables ended the season at Bruce's Field with Derby wins and Championships at the Fall in Love with Aiken Show Series. Daniel took home the top honors in the $5,000 USHJA National Hunter Derby twice with Ashley Neudorff's Triple Net. At October at Bruce's Field I, Caroline Roberson rode Catherine Stumberg's I C London to the second place finish behind Daniel. During November at Bruce's Field, DFG Stables dominated in the Derby, earning not just first place, but first through sixth!

Top honors at Capital Challenge, Pennsylvania National, and Washington International for Daniel with Martin Schlaeppi's Aeronautic & Valentine

October 25, 2025 - Huge successes at indoors! Valentine & Daniel earned the Championship in the Green Hunter-Mares 3'-3'3 as well as the Grand 3' & 3'3 Green Hunter Championship at Capital Challenge and at Pennsylvania National the pair were Champion in the Green Hunter 3' 6 Year Old & Under. Aeronautic & Daniel took home the Reserve Championship in the Green Hunter 3'9" at Pennsylvania National and at Washington International earned the Green Hunter 3'9" Championship, as well as the Grand Champion Green Hunter on their way to the tie for Grand Champion Hunter.

Wrapping up Summer with Aiken Summerfest & Aiken Fall Festival

September 26, 2025 - Daniel continued to dominate in the hunter derbies, placing first and second in the USHJA National Hunter Derbies both weeks of the Aiken Fall Festival, winning both weeks with Ashley Neudorff's Triple Net and finishing second with Margaret Russell's Quassini week one and Tammy Smith's Instagram week two. Daniel also won week one's $10,000 Welcome Stake with November Hill's Jalanne. In August, Team DFG earned multiple classic wins and tri-colors during the two week Aiken Summerfest.

One-Two Finish for Daniel in the 2025 Platinum Performance/USHJA International Hunter Derby Challenge!

August 20, 2025 - Daniel and Lynn Seithel's Walk The Moon kept up their winning ways, earning the top honors in the 2025 Platinum Performance/USHJA International Hunter Derby Challenge. Daniel also nabbed the second place award with Martin Schlaeppi's Aeronautic.

Derby Wins and more at WEC Summer Series

July 29, 2025 - Daniel and Lynn Seithel's Walk The Moon captured the win in the $12,500 Golden Ocala 3’6”-3’9” Hunter Derby at WEC Ocala Summer VII and Lilly and Banks Mills won the $10,000 USHJA National Hunter Derby - Jr/Am at WEC Ocala Summer V. Team DFG earned multiple championships and classic wins over the three weeks in Ocala - Brynn Garrett earned the top honors in the $2,500 Pony Hunter Classics and $2,000 USHJA Pony Hunter Derby; Isabelle Song won the Fastest Four Faulter Grand Prix 1.45m and the $5,000 NAL 1.25m Junior/Amateur Jumper Classic; Willson Lee Lawson earned the top placing in several medals; and Lilly and Lynn took home the winners ribbons in the $3,500 Junior Hunter Classics and $3,500 Amateur Owner Hunter Classics respectively.

Successful Aiken Summer Classics

June 30, 2025 - DFG Stables earned multiple Grand Championships, Championships, Reserve Championships, and Classic wins during the two weeks of the Aiken Summer Classics at Bruce's Field. Lilly even brought home the top honors in the Hunter Divisions, riding Firstlee Farm's Chivalrous to the Grand Hunter Award!

Great Two Weeks at Aiken Charity Horse Shows

May 26, 2025 - Daniel rode Martin Schlaeppi's Aeronautic to the win in the $25,000 Mahoney-Miller Hunter Classic to be honored with the RBD Premier Hunter Classic Trophy. Lilly captured the top honors in the $5,000 NAL 1.40m Junior/Amateur Jumper Classic with Oak Ledge Farm's Fazous and was presented with the Robert Obermiller Junior Hunter Style Award for her performance aboard MTM Farms's MTM Holding Court. Brynn Garrett and Reagan Williams also brought home multiple championship on their way to being presented with series trophies.

Derby Wins & Grand Hunter Championship at Aiken Spring Classic

May 9, 2025 - DFG Stables kicked off April with two weeks at the Aiken Spring Classic. Daniel dominated the derby ring both weeks, winning the $15,000 USHJA International Hunter Derby week 1 with his own Daylight and the $5,000 USHJA National Hunter Derby week 2 with Tammy Smith's Instagram. Jennifer Morris' Protokol clinched the Grand Hunter Championship for the two week circuit after Jennifer and Daniel rode to four tricolors in the Adult Hunter 3' and Green Hunter 3' respectively, with Daniel also winning the USHJA Green Hunter Incentive each week.

Successful 2025 Winter Season!

March 31, 2025 - Multiple Derby Wins, Championships, and Grand Prix Triumphs were just a few of the highlights of the World Equestrian Center Winter Spectacular in Ocala, Florida and the Aiken Winter Premiere & Encore at Bruce's Field in Aiken, SC. Daniel Geitner and Walk The Moon Defy Gravity in $75,000 Golden Ocala 3’6”-3’9” Hunter Derby

March 21, 2025 - "The field for the $75,000 Golden Ocala 3’6”-3’9” Hunter Derby was strong, with many well-established pairings among the 22 entries. Daniel Geitner once again rose to the challenge, taking the win aboard Lynn Seithel’s Walk The Moon, a 15-year-old Oldenburg gelding by Chap."

Lilly Geitner and Banks Mill Bring It Home in $37,500 USHJA National 3’ Junior Hunter Derby

March 21, 2025 - "Lilly Geitner and Banks Mill once again secured the blue, besting a field of 28 entries in the $37,500 USHJA National 3’ Junior Hunter Derby. This win marks Geitner’s sixth hunter derby victory aboard Daniel Geitner’s 14-year-old Warmblood gelding during the 2025 Winter Spectacular Show Series."

Lilly Geitner and Banks Mill Hold the Lead in the $7,500 USHJA National 3’ Junior Hunter Derby

March 14, 2025 - "On a cumulative score of 180, Geitner took home yet another Hunter Derby win this winter with Banks Mill. On the pair’s continued success, Geitner shared, “It’s really awesome, this horse is just incredible. Derbies are all he does, and he just absolutely loves it.”"

Daniel Geitner and Easy Money Make Easy Work of the $20,000 Golden Ocala 3’6”-3’9” Hunter Derby

March 7, 2025 - "Geitner and “Easy” have been a team for quite some time now. “I’ve had the ride on him, gosh, it’s been four or five years. He’s just a cool guy. He’s a big horse but can really gallop to the jumps. It’s pretty cool – we’ll have him for the winter and then spring, and then Laura [Cramer] takes him home and turns him out for the rest of the year. I think that’s a testament to her care,” Geitner expressed."

Lilly Geitner and Banks Mill Go for the “Three-Peat” in the $15,000 USHJA National 3’ Jr/Am Hunter Derby

January 24, 2025 - "A field of thirty-five horse-and-rider pairs gathered at Indoor Arena 1 for the $15,000 USHJA 3’ Jr/Am Hunter Derby on Friday, with Lilly Geitner and Daniel Geitner’s Banks Mill continuing their winning streak to secure the blue for a third consecutive week."
